Our wild jumbo Mexican peeled and deveined shrimp cannot be beaten for their snappy texture and honest shrimp flavor.  Each shrimp is over an ounce in size and can be cooked for shrimp cocktails, sauteed for scampi, or whatever your heart may desire.  These shrimp are normally found in only the finest restaurants in the country.  Three pounds of Individually Quick Frozen shrimp will give you a piece count of about 40.
